THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND SPIRITUALITY TO EMPLOYEES 'SATISFACTION

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction, to determine the effect of spirituality on employee job satisfaction and to know the extent of influence organizational commitment and spirituality to employee job satisfaction at. The method of this research using quantitative research method, can be interpreted as research method based on philosophy of positivism, used to examine in certain population or sample, data collecting technique using research instrument, quantitative / statistical data analysis with purpose to test hypothesis which have been determined. Population in this research is employees of the total number of employees is 43 employees. In this sampling determine the minimum number of samples using Slovin formula, then to determine the sample size in this study as many as 30 employees. The result of hypothesis 1 showed that organizational commitment has significant influence on employee job satisfaction, obtained tcount> ttable (3,531> 1,701) with significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05), hypothesis 2 spirituality has significant influence on employee job satisfaction, obtained tcount> ttable (2,568> 1,701) with level of significance equal to 0,02 (0,02 <0,05), hypothesis 3 organizational commitment and spirituality to employee job satisfaction at obtained Fhitung> Ftabel (18,305> 3,354) with significance level equal to 0,00 (0,00 <0,05). The coefficient of determination doubled (R2) adjusted by 0.576. It can be interpreted that organizational commitment and spirituality variable influence 57,6% to job satisfaction and the rest equal to 42,4% influenced by other factor
